Presidential Park FAQ's
What are your application requirements?
We require a household income of at least 3x of the monthly rent. We also conduct credit, criminal, and rental background checks.
What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?
Presidential Park does not have an application fee but we do require 10% of the security deposit when you submit the application.
The remainder of the security deposit, which is equal to one month's rent, along with a $25 key fee and the first month's rent is due before moving in should the application be approved.
How much is the security deposit?
Our security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
What leasing options are available?
Presidential Park offers 12-month leases.
Are utilities included?
Heat, Hot water, and Sewer utilities are included in the rent.
What are the occupancy limits?
Presidential Park's occupancy standards are set by the local Board of Health and are as follows: 2 People per bedroom.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes. We require our residents to have liability insurance with coverage of at least $300,000. It is the responsibility of the resident to obtain and pay for the renter's insurance.
When is rent due?
Rent is always due on the first day of the month.
How can I pay my rent?
Presidential Park only accepts online payments through your resident portal account.
Your options of payment are ACH, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Moneygram. Some of these options have added fees.
Is there a late fee for overdue payments?
Yes. There is a $75 late fee after 30 days.
How often is there a rent increase?
Rent increases are implemented upon renewal of the lease. You will not be subject to a rent increase in the middle of your lease.
What are the pool hours and seasonal availability?
Our pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours vary depending on staffing.
What are the hours of the leasing office?
Our leasing office is open Monday-Thursday 9:00am -5:30pm, and Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Do the apartment homes have microwaves?
Yes. All of our homes include a microwave.
Are your stoves gas or electric?
All of the appliances at Brook Haven Estates are electric.
What property amenities are included?
Presidential Park residents enjoy our community pool.
Are there laundry facilities in the community?
Every building in the Presidential Park community has a laundry facility.
Is there public transportation nearby?
Public transportation is located across the street from the Presidential Park community.
In what school district is Presidential Park located?
Presidential Park is located in the Leominster Public School District.
Is Presidential Park near any major transportation routes?
Yes. Presidential Park is conveniently located off Route 117, near Route 190 and Route 2. Commuters can be in Worcester in 20 minutes.
